Refund/Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation

Land-Based Tour Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel land-based tours and receive a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Tour Co (email or other written electronic formats are accepted).

A $250 deposit per person is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before departure, all payments (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 60 days of departure, the following fees apply:

60 to 16 days prior: 40% of the total price after deposit is non-refundable.
15 to 1 day prior: 75% of the total price after deposit is non-refundable.
On the day of departure or later: 100% of the total price after deposit is non-refundable.

Cruise-Based Tour Cancellation Policy:

Cruise based tours will be subject to the refund policy of the applicable cruise line. Tour Cancellation

Weather Conditions: Paranormal Encounter reserves the right to cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may jeopardize the safety of participants. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund.

Minimum Participation: Tours may be subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met. If a tour is canceled for this reason, participants will be notified in advance, and they will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request or tour cancellation.

Paranormal Encounter is not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to currency conversion or transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors.

Exceptions

In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal emergencies, Paranormal Encounter may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be provided for any portion of the tour that participants choose to forego voluntarily..
